How to scan my resume? And what score I need?
Use "Go Resume Go" to check your ATS relevance score by pasting your resume in the resume text box, paste the job description in the job description text box then press "Scan". How do I know if my resume is ATS friendly?
• Use Simple resume template to make sure ATS can interpret it correctly.
• Do not use tables, colors, shading, columns or Graphic Images (keep it simple).
• Customize your resume based on the job description for each and every job you applied for.
• Use formal fonts preferably Times New Roman, Arial or Calibri; Some new fonts may not be recognized by ATS.
• Do not use headers or footers as the information might get lost.
• Do not use small fonts in order to “fit” more information on a page. Be sure that your font is at least 11.
