A realistic workflow

What Go Resume Go cannot do
Being clear about limits is part of giving useful advice:
- It cannot guarantee an interview. Hiring also depends on competition, timing, referrals and the interview itself.
- It estimates rather than replicates. Every employer's ATS and every recruiter's search is different. The score measures match quality, not one specific company's system.
- It reads text, not layout. Pasted text cannot show tables, columns or headers, so those checks are listed for you to confirm in your file.
- It cannot judge fit. Motivation, culture and potential are for you to show in your cover letter and interviews.
