The service
Go Resume Go is a free tool that compares a resume or CV with a job description and shows an estimated match score, missing keywords and suggestions. No account is needed. We may change, add or remove features, or pause the service, at any time.
Estimates, not guarantees
The score and suggestions are estimates produced automatically from the text you provide. They are not any employer's applicant tracking system and not the score an employer sees. They are not career, legal or professional advice, and we do not promise that using the site will lead to an interview or a job. You decide what goes in your resume. Add only skills and experience that are true for you.
What you paste
You keep all rights to your resume and to anything else you paste. You give us permission to process it only to produce your results, as described in our Privacy Policy; it is discarded once your results are returned. Only paste text you have the right to use, and do not paste other people's personal information without their permission.
Acceptable use
Please use the site as a person checking their own applications would. Do not:
- run automated or bulk scans, or send requests at a rate that burdens the service (scans are limited per visitor for this reason);
- try to get around the site's limits or security, or interfere with its operation;
- copy or scrape the site's content or results in bulk, or use the site to build a competing service;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or paste content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
Our content
The site's text, guides, design and software belong to Go Resume Go. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. Please do not republish whole guides or pages without permission.

Guides link to other websites for sources and further reading. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty
The site is provided free, "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Go Resume Go is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of opportunity, income or data, arising from your use of the site or from relying on its results. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
